Otras divisas, otras cantidades.

Dear Client,

For several years, many central banks around the world have instituted a zero to negative interest rate policy in order to promote their economic growth priorities. When these policies were first implemented, Interactive Brokers believed them to be transitional and established its own rate policy for our clients to insulate them to some degree from these central bank strategies.

We now recognize that the zero-negative rate policies appear to remain the prevailing strategy for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, Interactive Brokers will adjust our own rate policies.

Effective 1 September 2021, IBKR will reduce the size of deposited funds that are protected from negative rates (and have been 'floored’ at zero percent (0%) from 100K USD/EUR/CHF or approximate equivalent in other currencies) as trinc:

Currency
New Credit
Interest Threshold

EUR
50,000
CHF
50,000
CZK
1,000,000
DKK
300,000
SEK
400,000
JPY
5,000,000
Deposited funds (“credit balances”) in excess of these amounts will be exposed to the prevailing negative rate regimes.

Cuanto saldria a pagar? 0,25%?
